Southern California "camper" invited to join Nova Iguaçu F.C. U19 first team

Bruno Gissoni is a Los Angeles resident and was playing at the South Bay Soccer Club U19 Premier team prior to attending Nova Iguaçu F.C. soccer program. Bruno who recently participated in the 2006, Summer Residence Program at Nova Iguaçu F.C. was invited to come back and sign with the club's U19 first team that will play in the Otávio Pinto Guimarães (OPG) Tournament in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. OPG Tournament will be played throughout the second semester of 2006, and is viewed by all 1st division professional clubs in Rio as an important show case for the young and promising Brazilian players who will initiate their professional careers in the following year. Bruno has strong family ties in Rio de Janeiro, and will continue his college education in a local institution while pursuing his dream of playing professionally in Brazil.
